find your location, then look for the pin tool under the "search" bar at the top of the screen. Click the pin symbol (to the right of the hand symbol) and then click on your location. Type your name and BOOM done.

When you're looking at the map, find your location and then look directly under the "search" bar at the top of the page - you should see a small hand icon and the pin icon. Click the pin icon and hover over your location and a crosshair should appear. Click your location and type your name.
